Weird stare much...?

Eh...

Done in Corel Painter X. Left a unneeded color management mode on, so it might look bluer than it needs to be, but it looks okay I guess.

of course, your use of shade and light is always a verily appealing one :D... especially with the hair highlights... I love it...
but... the eyes are a tad bit high... making it look more mature... unless that is your real purpose.
maybe positioning them a little lower would make the overall look cuter.
anyway, superb piece :)... well done.
